Here at Machine Building Systems, we supply innovative modular aluminium machine construction systems for use where industrial equipment is required for bespoke automation solutions and mechanical engineering projects.

Our aluminium profile system comprises hundreds of modular T-slotted aluminium extrusions with anti-vibration connections. The huge variety of sizes (from 20x20mm up to 320x160mm) means there is sure to be an Item solution whether your application is for a simple support stand or a more complicated assembly carrying several tons.

Our flat bed conveyors are manufactured with item 20x20mm line 5 profile, making it ideal for very small and light-weight components. We fit flat bed conveyors with a centrally mounted motor, and they are available in lengths up to 3000mm.

Our unique D30 aluminium tube system has been designed with ease of use and flexibility in mind. The only tool required for assembly is a 5mm allen-headed screwdriver making it a perfect choice for creating bespoke equipment at the side of production lines or workstations.

Users of our D30 aluminium tube system are presented with a choice of lightweight anodised aluminium extrusions including:

• A profiled tube
• A selection of profiles with grooves
