We are experts in health and safety in the workplace and have many years of experience and for the past four years we have achieved the Business in the Community (BitC) Percent Standard. Although BitC no longer regulates this, we are still pledged to continue with this level of giving. 

Environmental sustainability is important to us and we have a number of ongoing health and safety in the workplace projects to help us achieve our goals. These include initiatives to make product packaging improvements as well as waste and energy management schemes. For example 99% of packaging waste at the NDC is sent for recycling.

In 2005 we established our first overseas office in Xiamen City, Southeast China, enabling a team to work directly with local manufacturers. Our investment in a fully staffed China office enables us to apply strict quality and ethical standards and allows us to source better quality product more effectively and at a lower cost. 

More recently in July 2008 we opened our first trading branch in India. Our expansion into International markets is intended to make available our experience and expertise in the supply of high quality approved products outside of the UK.
