Titanium Bar 6246
Titanium Engineers Ltd has a comprehensive stock of high quality Titanium Bars. We have all common Titanium Bar sizes and a range of grades.
The Titanium Bar grades we stock include: Titanium grade 5, Ti 6-2-4-6, Titanium Beta-C, Titanium BC, Ti Beta-C and Gr. 19.
We stock Titanium Bars with diameters from .50" to 13.25"
Seamless Titanium Tubing
We have 20 years experience in the design and manufacture of Seamless Titanium Tubing. We manufacture Seamless Titanium Tubing in a range of grades, including:
- Titanium Beta-C
- Ti 6-2-4-6
- Titanium Grade 2
- Titanium Grade 7
- Titanium Grade 5
- and Titanium Grade 12
We can supply Seamless Titanium Tubing with diameters from 1.500" to 13.00". We can manufacture Seamless Titanium Tubing in other alloys upon request.
Titanium Beta-C
Titanium Beta-C has excellent resistance to corrosion making it perfect for many applications.
Titanium Beta-C has an extremely high strength to weight ratio and is much stronger than Ti Gr.5 and Ti 6246.
We aim to deliver Titanium Beta-C within 1-2 working days and strive to provide excellent customer service.
Titanium Design
We provide a Titanium Design service to ensure our customers are getting the most cost effective system.
We suggest the perfect Titanium products for their application to provide a system that is high performing and requires little maintenance.
Our Titanium design service is aware of Titanium's unique characteristics. Titanium is low density, low modulus, has low thermal expansion and low wear resistance. Titanium has excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature mechanical properties and has non-magnetic permeability.
Titanium Grades
We manufacture machined components from various Titanium Grades.
- Titanium Grade 2 - which is unalloyed Titanium. It is light weight and has strong weld ability properties.
- Titanium Grade 5 - is the most commonly used alloyed titanium. It is alloyed with 6% Aluminium and 4% Vanadium.
- Titanium 6-2-4-6 - is an alpha-beta alloy and is excellent in applications when high strength is required.
- Titanium Beta-C - is a beta alloy and is perfect for high strength applications.

We have 17 years experience in the supply and manufacture of Titanium Machined Parts. We produce Machined Parts with close tolerances for a variety of applications.
We manufacture our Machined Parts by: Turning, Milling, Sawing and Honing.
We have an excellent reputation for the manufacture of Machined parts and for being extremely knowledgeable Titanium Engineers.
