Titanium Engineers Ltd has a comprehensive stock of high quality Titanium Bars. We have all common Titanium Bar sizes and a range of grades.
The Titanium Bar grades we stock include: Titanium 6Al-4V (Grade 5), Ti 6Al-2Sn-4Zr-6Mo (6246), Titanium Beta-C (Grade 19) and MP35N.
Titanium 6246 is used in applications where very high strength, light weight and corrosion resistance are important. Potential applications include shafts and housings for oil and gas drilling tools, subsea wellhead and packer, and downhole components.
We stock Titanium Bars with diameters from .50" to 13.25"
Titanium Beta-C (Grade 19) has excellent resistance to corrosion making it perfect for many applications.
Titanium Beta-C has an extremely high strength to weight ratio and is much stronger than Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5) and Ti 6246.
We aim to deliver Titanium Beta-C within 1-2 working days and strive to provide excellent customer service.

Titanium 6Al-4V (Grade 5) is used in applications where high strength, light weight and corrosion resistance are important. Potential applications include shafts and pressure housings, subsea wellhead and riser components, ROV components, seal rings, and other critical forgings requiring high strength-to-weight ratios. This alloy has also been used in cycling and motorsport
applications to reduce weight/size of components.
We have 20 years experience in the design and manufacture of Seamless Titanium Tubing. We manufacture Seamless Titanium Tubing in a range of grades, including:
- Titanium Beta-C
- Ti 6-2-4-6
- Titanium Grade 2
- Titanium Grade 7
- Titanium Grade 5
- and Titanium Grade 12
We can supply Seamless Titanium Tubing with diameters from 1.500" to 13.00". We can manufacture Seamless Titanium Tubing in other alloys upon request.
We manufacture machined components from various Titanium Grades.
- Titanium Grade 2 - which is unalloyed Titanium. It is light weight and has strong weld ability properties.
- Titanium Grade 5 - is the most commonly used alloyed titanium. It is alloyed with 6% Aluminium and 4% Vanadium.
- Titanium 6-2-4-6 - is an alpha-beta alloy and is excellent in applications when high strength is required.
- Titanium Beta-C - is a beta alloy and is perfect for high strength applications.
