Galvoptics are a main distributor for Schott Fostec. Part of the Standard range of Schott Fostec Components include Schott Fostec Ace Light Sources, DCRIII Light Sources, Schott KL200 Schott KL1500 LCD and KL2500 LCD with a range of machine vision fibre.

Schott Fostec now make LED type ring lights and a new range of LED light sources. The KL200 LED and the KL1500 LED Schott Fostec light sources are used with some microscopes like Zeiss, Nikkon, Leica, Olympus and also used in Machine Vision Systems and High Tech Solutions in the Healthcare Industry like Light Therapy

Sapphire windows from 170mm to 5300mm have good transmission range in the ultraviolet (U.V) to infra red (IR) lenses in sapphire because it is a hard material with great transparency range will not mark as easily. Borosilicate Low Expansion is very suitable for all types of optical windows on account of its chemistry and its thermal shock resistance. We can manufacture very small and very thin optics to large thick optical window and parts in Borosilicate.
