Bonaprene Products Ltd are experts in the processing of polyurethane elastomers for the manufacture of polyurethane components, sheets and polyurethane roller coverings. We have recently installed a  brand new 1000 litre capacity Baule UG4C/CV cast Polyurethane dispensing machine. This adds to our other dispensers and can produce hardness's from 35º Shore A to 95º Shore A and colours red, blue, yellow, green, black, white and orange.

Polyurethane elastomers combine many of the advantages of rigid plastics, metals and ceramics with the elasticity of rubber. Polyurethane is distinguished by its' load bearing capacity, toughness and abrasion resistance.
