We can design a range of wire assemblies for bespoke specifications depending on geometric and electrical requirements. We work from drawings to produce the correct wire assembly solution for you.

Wire assemblies include an array of services including wire cutting, stripping, tinning and soldering of wire ends. We also offer ribbon cable assembly.  

Our wire cutting services consist of test facilities and we have capabilities to produce prototypes and tooling to support electronic interconnection companies such as Molex, Tico and the Japanese company Hirose.

We carry out wire cutting using Schleuniger wire processing machines and also use a range of Kodera and GLW equipment. 

Our wire stripping services are provided using machinery from GLW, Kodera and Schleunigar.

Wire stripping includes our exceptional test facilities and prototyping production. Our tooling supports Tico, Hirose and Molex equipment. 

Our wire tinning service plates a thin layer of tin around wires. Wire tinning provides better protection against oxidation and strengthens the wire's life and makes soldering easier.

Our wire tinning facilities are supplied from Schleunigar, Molex and GLW and have tooling to assist Tico, Molex and Hirose equipment. We also have test facilities and a range of capabilities to produce prototypes.

Our wire crimping is most often used to terminate standard wire and allow wires to be quickly disconnected. It produces an extremely tight, finished connection.

Our wire crimping can be tested and we have the ability to produce prototypes. Types of machinery we use for procedures include equipment from Kodera and GLW. Our tooling also supports Molex and Tico.

Our wire soldering service produces a smooth, shiny and bright soldered joint. Our wire soldering equipment is support with Molex, Tico and Hirose.

We have an array of test facilities and a range of production processes to allow us to manufacture prototypes.
