Mayday can refurbish your existing cooling tower or evaporative
condenser whatever its make or size.

Our comprehensive database includes all manufacturers, past and present,
UK and overseas, and if the original manufacturer no longer exists, we can
source alternative replacement components or custom manufacture the part
for the job.

Maydays refurbishment experts can analyse the condition of your
cooling equipment, its performance, potential for repair, rebuilding or upgrading
and work with your own maintenance specialists to provide as much or as
little assistance as you need.

Mayday offer a extensive range of cooling tower, evaporative condenser and cooling system spares parts along with site installation of spare parts.

Drift Eliminators

Drift eliminators are the last line of defence in any evaporative system and is vitally important in reducing the risk from Legionella. Mayday offer a range of drift eliminators to fit every design of cooling tower whether it be cross flow or counter flow, complete with any necessary housings be it timber, GRP or sheet metal work, all designed to specifically minimise water droplet escape.

Fill Pack

Heat transfer fills for cross flow or counter flow cooling towers can be supplied in PVC and Polypropylene, along we any necessary supports or brackets.

Coils

Mayday can supply coils in any size and in materials such as hot dipped galvanized steel and stainless steel, 304 or 316  We also offer a range of standard sizes to suit all manufacturers such as Evapco, Baltimore Air Coil, Marley, etc

Air Inlets

Air Inlet screens can be design and supplied to replace your existing screens or louvre's complete with any necessary housings be it timber, GRP or sheet metal work.

Distribution System/Nozzles

Distribution pans, troughs or pipe systems can be replaced. Mayday can design and supply a complete distribution system complete with any necessary nozzles for any size of cooling tower.

Fans

Mayday are able to rate the capacity requirement of your cooling tower fans and supply replacements no matter the size, from multi bladed fans to centrifugal force wheel fans.

Gearboxes/Driveshafts

We can supply new or refurbished gear box replacements,refurbish your existing gearbox and supply replacement drive shafts and coupling assemblies as well as bearing, pulleys and belts.

Mayday Industrial , whilst offering full workshop facilities for all your manufacturing and fabrication requirements, are experts in providing a dependable on site service.

Mayday run fully equipped vans and will travel anywhere at any time, and will do our very best to accommodate your requirements in the timescale you need.

All of our site personnel have CSCS Training as a minimum with many having CPCS training in Telehandlers, Slinger/Banksman and Ipaf for MEWP's.

Excellent lines of communication between Maydays office and site personnel ensure that the highest standards are achieved and maintained.
