We manufacture and stock quality plastic bottles, custom moulded plastic bottles and caps, closures, dropper and dispenser caps, flip caps, plastic scoops and measures, plastic measuring spoons and spatulas, boxes and soap boxes, plastic jars, jar caps, rigid tubes, adjustable fasteners and cable/bag ties, spatulas, spoons and many other related products. Our products are all manufactured and stocked in Leicester, England. 

Established in 1937, we have 75 years of experience within the plastics industry and we continue to provide a prompt and personal service. We have blow moulding facilities for most thermoplastics including HDPE, PVC, MDPE, LDPE, PETG, PP etc. up to 1 litre capacity and injection moulding facilities for thermoplastic materials processed up to a shot weight of approximately 300g.

Bespoke bottles and injection mouldings can be made to customers' own requirements using our in-house tool making facilities. Equipped with the latest CAD, CAM and CNC technology, we design quality products and tooling to suit. Strict confidentiality can be assured at all stages. We specialise entirely on the production of quality injection and blow moulding tools within the tool making service.

A screen printing service is also available for the decoration of bottles and injection mouldings. Production is maintained 24 hours a day to achieve maximum output at economic prices. Quality procedures are certified to BS EN ISO 9001 (2008):(Certificate No. FM 13440) an Environmental Management System (EMS) to phase 3 of BS8555. A prompt sampling service is available either by telephone or direct from our website. Customers can usually expect samples by the next working day.

We manufacture a range of plastic scoops and measures. They are available in a selection of colours and are manufactured from high density polyethylene.

Our plastic scoops and measures can be used in a whole host of catering, retail, industrial and bulk handling applications. We offer a range of sizes, allowing customers to select the perfect plastic scoop and measurer for each application.

Our plastic dropper cap bottles are used for single drop dispensing of liquids. They can be manufactured from PVC or MDPE and are available in a wide selection of colours. Snap-on dropper cap bottles are typically used to dispense inks, adhesives, lubricants, chemicals and toiletries.

We manufacture two varieties of plastic dropper cap bottles:

• Snap-on plastic dropper cap bottles
• Screw-on plastic dropper cap bottles

Our plastic jars are available in clear polystyrene, SAN, black and a variety of other colours. These plastic jars are perfect for the packaging of gels, creams and cosmetics.

• Thin walled plastic jars
• Thick walled plastics jars

We specialise in the manufacture of plastic measuring spoons and spatulas. Our plastic measuring spoons and spatulas are available in a variety of colours and can be used in a whole host of industrial, catering and retail applications.

Our spatulas are manufactured from polypropylene, polystyrene or high density polyethylene. They can be used in dispensing and mixing applications in a range of industries. They are available in a range of different colours.
