We specialise in sterilization packing products. As well as our expertise with sterilization packing, we are dedicated to the manufacture of a wide variety of other quality sterilization barrier systems.

The comprehensive product range for all common sterilization systems includes:

• Plain and heat sealable sterilization bags
• Sterilisation pouches and reels flat, gusseted and self seal
• Plain and printed rollstock in a variety of medical packaging materials for automatic packaging equipment
• Wrap and drapes including Supawrap, Supadrape and Supaspun covering all medical packaging requirements from paper/cellulose to non woven including SMMS
• Autoclave tape both plain and with an indicator
• All medical sterilisation packaging products are manufactured under ISO 9001:2000 quality system and meet European standards such as BSEN868 series
• In addition to CE marking, where appropriate all medical packaging materials carry a B.S.I. kitemark

Our sterilization pouches are manufactured from multilayer heat-sealable film and three side sealed to medical grade paper. All sterilization pouches are manufactured under ISO 9001:2008 Quality Systems and are CE and BSI Kite Marked.

We have a large range of sterilization packaging and pouches and have special pouches if you need alternative widths.

We specialise in providing instrument cleaning solutions. Our instrument cleaning solutions include the provision of Humipak - a patented product for surgical instrument cleaning available in four self-seal sizes. Humipk maintains a moist state for soiled instruments which prevents drying and bio-contamination.
