Industrial Infrared Systems
For the last 50 years, we have been serving the industry, working closely with Solar Products. Here at Industrial Infrared Systems, we provide a range of bespoke, medium wave infrared heaters. Industrial Infrared Systems offer a choice of shape, size, material and mounting styles.
In addition to supplying the heaters, Industrial Infrared Systems provide a complete service including:

G and M Series Panel Heaters
G Series panel heaters have a glass face to enable easy cleaning and protection without damaging the heater or the element. It can be used at the bottom of wave solder oven or a thermoforming machine.
M-Series panel heaters have either a steel or aluminium metal face to protect the heater from falling materials. This is more durable than the glass face but has less radiant efficiency.
Q-Series Panel
Our Q-Series panel is an efficient radiator as it has an opaque quartz face. The Q-Series panel is ideal for applications such as drying or curing lines that need high intensity heat.
T-Series Quartz Tubes
Produced in custom lengths, the T-Series quartz tubes are either clear or translucent. The T-Series quartz tubes can have a watt density up to 60 watts per lineal inch. They come in a choice of termination types.
Specialty Heaters
We supply specialty heaters to meet individual customer requirements. We have been producing a variety of specialty heaters for over 50 years and are able to promote special product heaters for your application.
V-Series Heaters
Our V-Series heaters provide high power, fast response medium wave emitters. The V-Series heaters have a tight process control and fast heat up/cool down power densities that can rival that normally associated with short wavelength heaters.
Industrial Furnaces/Muffles
We provide industrial furnace/muffle products that use engineering designs that fit the requirements of each industrial application. Our industrial furnace/muffle design can be custom modified to suit your requirements.
