Fencing with a 25 year guarantee Jacksons Fencing is a long established Kent Company, founded in 1947. As well as the head office, based in Ashford, Kent, there are two other fencing centres in Bath and Chester, from which the whole of the UK is covered.

With a comprehensive range of steel security fencing, automatic barriers and gates and timber garden products, Jacksons can provide solutions for most business and domestic requirements.

Jacksons superior quality fences and gates are designed to look good and stay looking good for years to come. All timber is Jakcure pressure treated softwood, conforming to BS 8417 and comes with a 25 year guarantee.

All metal fencing and gates manufactured by Jacksons are hot dip galvanised and are covered by a 25 year service life guarantee.

This is a promise to customers that they are investing in a product with a very low lifetime cost. The guarantee covers design quality, manufacturing, finish and installation. A 25 month guarantee is offered on automated gates and barriers also.

Metal fencing: Jacksons metal fencing range takes in fencing for country estates, schools, parks, sports facilities and public spaces, to commercial, fencing and access solutions, designed, manufactured and installed by Jacksons. All steel fencing and gates are covered by the 25 year Service Life Guarantee against inherent defects such as design, manufacturing, finish and fitness for purpose.

Automated gates: Jacksons offer a wide range of access control systems to activate gates giving you the ability to choose the product to suit your needs. The systems can be designed and programmed for a single user and automated machine, to multiple users and multiple machines, for full control both of operation and sequence of operation; we can offer a vast range of control systems from simple push buttons to state-of-the-art biometric readers. All automation products supplied and installed by Jacksons comply with the EU Machinery Directive 98/37/EC and 2006/42/EC and BS EN 12978:2003 and BS EN12453:2001 . They are also covered by a 25 month parts and labour guarantee. If any problems occur during the lifetime of the guarantee, that are not the result of acts of vandalism, accidental damage, misuse or unsuitable operating environments, we will replace it free of charge, including the cost of installation.

Anti Climb Fencing
For residential or commercial use, Jacksons fencing have a wide range of products from decorative to high security. The vertical paling fencing systems are constructed using Jacksons anti climb design with no foot or hand holds to allow unauthorised access.

Jacksons steel paling fencing and gate ranges; Barbican, Sentry and TriGuard fully conforms to building regulations for anti trap, with pales spaced to a maximum gap of 100mm. Jacksons unique vandal proof connectors ensure that the boundary will remain secure, with no bolts to be forced or removed the integrity of the fencing remain strong.

The EuroGuard fencing and gate range has five different styles and have been developed to be specified across a variety of applications and can be tailored to meet the exact requirements. NEW EuroGuard Combi is a welded mesh panel with timber infill slats providing a flat face surface and close spacing for additional privacy.

All products are supplied galvanised to BS EN 1461 or Jakcoate Zinc Alloy coated and can be polyester powder coated to BS EN 13438 to any RAL or BS colour at extra cost.

Fence Spikes
To increase perimeter security across a variety of applications such as above fencing, gates, walls, buildings, roofs or drains. Jacksons offer a range of Security Extras to protect against vandalism, damage and intrusion

Rota-Spike anti intruder device consists of sharp rotating steel blades supplied with fixing brackets that can be installed in most locations.

Viper Spike with long pointed spikes designed to be a three dimensional barrier and is suited to deter climbing, scaling and intrusion.

Cobra Spike for use above fencing, gates and walls has sharp barbs in different directions with varying pitches and depths, pre drilled ready for fixing.

Perimeter Intruder Detection System (PIDS)
Exclusively from Jacksons, the Jaktronic Perimeter Intruder Detection System (PIDS) is available in fully integrated or stand alone formats. It has a resolution of +/- 10 m and has an extremely low false alarm rate (FAR) at less than 5 per km per month. Jaktronic was the perimeter intrusion detection system of choice for the Olympic Village at the 2004 Athens Games and alongside other Jacksons products, provides a comprehensive, integrated protection solution.

It works on reflected wave technology transmitting electric pulses along the perimeter in the sensor line, with an extremely low false alarm rate of less than 5 per Km per month. Jaktronic can work together with high security perimeter defences and can be interfaced with CCTV, IR Sensors, PTZ cameras, access control and VMD solutions.

The range consists of two systems, Sidewinder with optional integrator software interface and Python, stand alone systems for site perimeter of up to 800m.

Over the past 60 years Jacksons have expand their product range and knowledge to become prominent leaders in the security market. With the development and extensive in house testing and live testing at Government facilities of two new Ultra High security fencing systems using the latest and most aggressive attack tools for the top two levels of security.
