Metal Spinning

Automatic Playback, Hand and hydraulic spinning up to 6mm thick and 1000mm diameter in a range of metals including stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass and mild steel. All tooling is produced in-house by ourselves in our in-house tool room.

CNC Metal Spinning

We have recently invested in a CNC Leifeld heavy duty spinning lathe. This has enabled us to produce high quality precision spun components in volume batch quantities in a more economical way

Hand and Hydraulic Metal Spinning

Traditional hand spinning method including the use of levers for large items and hydraulic assisted rollers for thicker material.

CNC Turning using Hardinge Cobra slant bed lathe with 51mm (2”) through spindle and bar feed for precision batch components and billet holding for parts greater than 2”.

Centre lathe turning up to 700mm (27 ½“) diameter and 2500mm long, as well as milling facilities.

Guillotine, Rolling, Pressing, Punching and Press Brake Bending for light to medium fabrications.

Single unit fabrications, bespoke work or production runs. Our equipment enables us to produce high quality sheet metal products.

Sub assemblies are our speciality using spun parts, fabrications and machined components

We are able to undertake welding services to a high standard for a variety of diverse applications. We work with clients to provide bespoke solutions that are efficient and cost effective.
