Integrated Technologies Ltd - Esy-Pik, Variable Temperature Sealer (VTS)

Our Esy-Pik has been produced to specifically take off an 8.5mm microtube from a rack no matter where it is in the actual rack.

With our Esy-Pik you have the freedom to remove the microtubes one handed. It also has an eject button to allow you to perform more precise operations. It also lets you perform operations without touching the tube. This is ideal when you do not want to heat frozen samples in the tube and prevent cross contamination.

We are able to supply our variable temperature sealer (VTS), the choice method of heat sealing of microplates, PCR plates and deep-well plates.

Our variable temperature sealer (VTS) works by creating an air tight and chemically resistant seal as well as giving a comfortable and leak proof sealing of polypropylene PCR plates, microplates and deep well plates.

Our microplate illuminator (MPI) is an ideal assist when pipetting into a microplate as it has 96 LED lights which can be programmed to shine under specific wells, columns and rows of a microplate.

These microplate illuminator (MPI) lights are used to keep track when dispensing into or aspirating from a microplate. Our microplate illuminator (MPI) equipment is useful as hands free as they are available with a foot switch to step the MPI through the sequence.

Our microtube defroster range is specifically designed to accelerate gently the defrosting of microtubes in a 96-array.

Our microtube defroster uses room temperature air to defrost frozen microtubes to thaw the contents. There is no direct heating involved or contact with the tubes either.

In normal conditions at room temperature thawing can take hours, but with our microtube defroster it can take as little as half an hour.

Our heat sealing foils can be provided to you in packs of 100 sheets and are colour coded with indications to show which side is up.

Heat sealing foils offer a number of advantages over plate sealing methods including 100% integrity, great for PCR and storage applications, greater resistance to solvents and they have no adhesives to interfere with your sample. Our heat sealing foils also have peelable and pierceable seals.
