Bending Aluminium Extrusions
- Complex 2 & 3 dimensional shapes are produced using most available specialist bending techniques in small or large quantities
- Current maximum section size capacity is 180mm diameter for aluminium tubes and sections
- Other metal sections are also bent
Complex 5-axis CNC Machining
- Machining of small and very large components, patterns, prototype moulds, castings or extrusions
- Maximum machining envelope is 5000x3000x1000mm
- Twin tables used for efficient production machining of components in aluminium, wood, plastics, resins, composites and other non-ferrous materials including complex aluminium castings
- CAD/CAM techniques are used and machining accuracy is verified by CMM to customers original CAD models
Welding
- State of the art equipment
- Experienced skilled staff coded in TIG to BS EN ISO9606-2:2004
- Attractive penetration welding from 0.5mm to 25mm thicknesses
