Energy Efficiency
We stock a wide range of energy efficiency products.
Our use of Low Energy Lighting utilises compact fluorescent and highly efficient linear lamps with daylight control and proximity detection.
In order to reduce energy consumption we use cold cathode and LED emergency exit lighting with prolonged life improvement. Our external lighting units are fitted with time-control and photocell override to further energy efficiency opportunities.

Carbon Emission Reduction
We aim to provide high comfort, low energy systems by merging heat pump boilers and high efficiency condensing with underfloor heating. Our ventilation systems provide heat recovery via an extraction process from exhaust air and by pre-heating the incoming fresh air.
CAD 21 is accredited to produce certificates of energy performance.
