If an item sells remember to change the quantities online - similarly if you get new stock you can increase your quantities immediately. Any changes to your stock are updated within the system immediately, so users will always be viewing the most current information you have provided.

When it comes to uploading a large number of items you will want to use our Bulk Upload Tool. This allows you to upload .CSV or .XML files - either created from a scratch or exported from your own stock database.
