IN HOUSE PROCESSING FACILITIES - Our cutting facilities include Guillotine, Plasma, Laser, Water Jet and Coil Slitting.

We are able to process sheet / plate in thickness from 0.5mm up to 150mm and our sheet / plate size range includes 6000mm x 2000mm, 4000mm x 2000mm, 3000mm x 1500mm, 2500mm x 1250mm and 2000 mm x 1000mm.

Our coil slitting facilities enable us to slit Nickel alloys and Stainless coil, thickness range 0.03mm to 5.0mm in width ranging from 2.0mm up to 1000mm.

High Integrity Specialist Fabricators and Manufacturers of: Platforms, Process and Refinery Equipment, Pressure Vessels, Reactors, Columns, Scrubbers, Production Plant, Filtration, Heat Exchangers.

Offshore Pipeline Protection / High Grade Metallic Banding: We carry in stock 32mm x 0.8mm Inconel® 625 and Titanium Grade 2 Strap Banding. Along with Size and Grade Specific Fixing Clips.

Metallic Seal and Gasket Manufacturers: BS&A are probably the world's largest supplier of Slit Strip and Sheet in Nickel, Hastelloy®, Incalloy®, Monel®, Inconel®, Titanium and Stainless Steel to the Metallic Gasket Manufacturing Industry. All of BS&A sheet stock fully conforms to ASME B16.20. Ensuring that all of our 3mm sheet for inner ring production is 2.97mm thickness minimum.

Precision Slit Winding Strip 0.178 - 0.2mm thick is carried as standard in the following materials:

We offer both flat pack (pancake) and oscillate wound onto MK5 plastic spools (bobbins). On standard widths such as 4.75mm, 5.00mm and 5.33mm we carry stocks already slit to size in the majority of alloys ready for immediate despatch, any other size can usually be despatched within 24 hours from order

We carry a broad range of sheet and coil in 0.45mm thick used for the manufacture of double jacketed/clad gaskets.

In Alloys 200, 400, 600, 625, 825 and C276 we carry 1250mm wide coil and offer De-coiled to length with no minimum order quantity. We are able to ship as coil by parcel carrier or palletised flat in sheet form.

In grades 316L, 304L, 321, 316Ti and Soft Iron, (90 Brinell max) we carry 2500 x 1250mm sheets.

We are also delighted to announce that from March 2011 we will have in stock the following:

• ASTM 387 Grade 5 (F5) sheets.
• 2500 x 1250 x 3mm, 2500 x 1250 x 1.5mm
• 2500 x 1000 x 0.45mm
