Every day, Zouch Converters products provide customers with the highest level of performance. Foam materials include: Neoprene, EPDM, Polyethylene, EVA, Polyurethane, PVC, Reticulated, Impregnated, Silicone, Cork, Felt, Nitrile/PVC blend, Latex and HF weldable Vinyls for the stationary and automotive industries. We also offer Flame Retardant foams to UL94 HF1 and V0, BS476 Parts 6 & 7 Class 0 and FMVSS302.

Most of the above materials can be made available with a vast range of high performance pressure sensitive adhesives. You can choose from rubber based or acrylic, permanent or temporary bonding (repositionable), and whole range of carrier substrates depending on the intended application which include: Polyester & Polyprop films, non-woven Tissues, Scrim, Paper and PVC. We also offer Transfer adhesives (without carrier).

Adhesive Foam Tape:
We offer a wide range of adhesive or non adhesive PVC foam tapes series are closed cell vinyl foams manufactured from Plasticised polyvinyl chloride (PVC). PVC foam available in supported or unsupported formats, our vinyl foam tapes come in a density range of 96 Kgs/m3 (6lb) to 1440 Kgs/m3 (90lb).

These PVC vinyl foam adhesive or non adhesive tapes are available in a variety of surface textures including leather grain, matte, and a glossy "wet" look foam tape. Available with or without a Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA).

Sponge Rubber:
The Z2000 sponge rubber components series are closed-cell EPDM (Ethylene, Propylene, Diene, Monomer) sponges used generally for gasketing, sealing applications and electrical engineering. 

These are high performance sponge rubber materials for demanding environmental conditions. Their inherent low temperature and exceptional UV and ozone resistance make them candidates for exterior applications in construction and automotive markets.

Acoustic, Filtration & Technical Foams:
Our Z4000 series are open cell Polyurethane foams covering a whole range of acoustic, filtration and technical foams. The open cell foam product itself is light, inexpensive and durable with many applications. Generally available as either a Polyester or Polyether type, this open cell foam material is sold into a wide range of industries including: Automotive, Packaging, Cosmetic, Medical, Filtration, Retail and the Furniture & Bedding sector.
