Solenoids - Rotary
Compact powerful and versatile the 3 ball rotary solenoid offers strokes up to 95 degrees rotation allied to a high torque performance for on off applications. The product range offers around 20,000 variations in 8 basic sizes.

Solenoids - Tubular
A single hole fixing, long life, linear solenoid available in either push or pull versions. The versatile enclosed construction provides an economic solution for longer stroke, limited space applications.

Solenoids - Low Profile
A range of Low Profile Linear Solenoids offering a compact and efficient package for short stroke high force applications such as can be found in Valve operation, Door interlocks, Card punching and other similar functions. Typical performance details are:

• Up to 270 Newtons Force at 1mm stroke
• Under 5 milliseconds response time for 1mm stroke, under no load conditions
• Conical pole face allows increased stroke with minimal reduction in performance
• Pull or Push Design

Solenoids - Open Frame
Over 34 different models including 'U' Frame, Flappers, Magnetic Latching and Miniature Models requiring as little as 1.5 cubic centimetres space volume. The Open Frame provides a cost efficient solution to most applications where life and performance are not the prime concerns. Features include:

• Pull forces of up to 44 Newtons at 22mm stroke
• High Holding force at zero current with magnetic latching versions
• Long life
• Push types and customised versions available. 

Solenoids - Magnetic Latching
Magnetic latching solenoids employ permanent magnets , coupled with the magnetic circuit of conventional DC solenoids

Features include:

• Pull and attract by supplying only momentary pulse current.
• Can provide strong holding force without maintained electrical power.
• Release by supplying a reverse pulse of current. A return force is required for this operation.
• Operation by pulse current eliminates any problem of temperature rise.
• Memory is retained during power loss.
• Operating Load must always be greater than Magnet Force

Solenoids - Stepping
A range of Unidirectional and Bidirectional Stepping Solenoids. The size 50 can be supplied in either 12, 18, 24 or 36 positions. Ergonomically packaged these units employ an exclusive tooth clutch drive mechanism providing a positive self locking drive. Features included are:

• Minimum Life Expectancy 10 million steps, on Bidirectional in each direction
• Non accumulative accuracy of 1 degree over life
• Simple pulsed drive circuitry
• Over 25 steps per second in intermittent applications
