Label Applicators
Norpak 150 series labelling machines which include the ALT, ALB, ALTB and ALW can easily be transformed into a print and apply machine for the printing and application of labels at the same time. Either to the top, side or bottom of many products Norpak can offer you a solution.
Using thermal transfer printers, thermal transfer print engines or hot foil coders which enables you to print barcodes, text and graphics and can include real-time information allowing you to produce best before dates and batch codes. Bagging Machines
Our semi-automatic Bag and Seal System comprises a Euro Bag Loader, Auto Impulse Sealer and Uplift Conveyor and operates as a simple off-line independent packaging system, or end of line as the final part of a factory production line.
Either Cast Polypropylene or Polythene bags, produced in wicketted or blockheaded form can be filled and sealed, resulting in trim sealed transit and/or point of sale packs.
The Sealer is electro-pneumatically operated and incorporates full safety features via light curtain protection and automatic cycle interruption. Completed packs are returned to working height by the Uplift Conveyor, with the additional facility of label application taking place as shown via one of our 150 series labelling heads.
Standard model 400 High Lift sealer shown, suitable for products up to 140mm high, and 500mm long.

Bag Closures
We supply hundreds of different combinations of Closures, Seals and Ties for thousands of applications, a small selection of which is shown and depicted here. These options include various colours, wire thicknesses, lengths of individual ties and reels and gang counts
Thermal Labels
Thermal Transfer labels can be supplied as white, colour-washed, or pre-printed (in up to eight colours) for you to add your own variable information. We offer many materials dependent on requirements, from matt paper, semi-gloss paper, direct thermal paper through to synthetic material such as polyester, polypropylene, vinyl and many more. Labels are available on a range of core and roll sizes to meet the requirement of your machine.
Vacuum Sealers
This small table-top machine is the ideal packaging solution for shop counters, small canteens or large households. Keeping food fresh or protecting products is as simple as placing the item in a pouch, placing the pouch in the machine and closing the lid.
With its extremely compact dimensions, Multivac's smallest table -top machine fits even in extremely tight spaces. The C100 can be used to package fresh meat, processed meat, cheese, fish, pasta, sterile medical products and many other articles. Tilted inserts and magnetic support bars also allow packaging of products containing liquids. Other models available.
