We have an extensive collection of bagging machines capable to fulfil many packaging solutions. Our semi-automatic Bag and Seal System is an excellent bagging machine consisting of:

Operating as a simple off-line independent packaging system, or end of line system either cast polypropylene or polythene bags can be produced in blockhead or wicketted form. Our electro-pneumatically operated sealer is suitable for products up to 140mm high and 500mm long.

Our Norpak 150 series labelling systems are easily adaptable to become prime print and apply labelling systems. They are designed to be reliable and user friendly. We can provide an excellent variety of print and apply labelling systems printing on the top, side, or bottom of products, all capable of being adjusted to meet your specific needs.

Our operators can print labels consisting of graphics or text should you require batch codes or best before dates for example.

We provide hundreds of different combinations of bag closures, ties and seals for thousands of applications. Our bag closures, seals and ties have many colour, thickness options and lengths of individual ties and reels can vary as well.

We offer many materials for thermal transfer labels, all that can be supplied as white, colour-washed or pre-printed (in up to eight colours) ready for your own information to be added. Thermal transfer labels can come in core and roll sizes and in the following materials:

• Matt paper
• Semi-gloss paper
• Direct thermal paper
• Synthetic material - polyester, polypropylene, vinyl and many more

Vacuum sealers are designed for keeping food fresh or protecting products and are perfect for shop counters, large households or small canteens. An ideal packaging solution, our vacuum sealer range consists of very compact table top machines fitting the tightest spaces. The C100 model packages fresh and processed meat, cheese, fish and pasta.
