We supply printing pads made in a variety of different rubbers for printing onto a very varied range of products. We supply our printing pads to many pad printing companies both in the UK and abroad. Padtec have over 2,000 pad printing moulds for manufacturing stock pads. We also manufacture our own moulds in-house to produce bespoke printing pads for one-off special applications.

The choice of the printing pad depends on many elements, such as; 

The size of the printing pad depends on the printing surface ie. Shape of the printing surface - flat or uneven. These elements determine the pad's size, shape and hardness, which is measured in durometer. Our pads are available in hardnesses ranging from 0030 to 0080

Padtec also supply a range of pad printing inks and cliché plates. We can formulate special pad printing inks for printing onto complicated surfaces and materials. We supply pad printing plates in both thick and thin steel and photopolymer.

Padtec manufacture jigs and fixtures for supporting the components being printed by the pad printing machine.
