Rack Inspection Training Courses

We can provide onsite rack inspection training courses so you can conduct your regular internal weekly and monthly inspections as required by PUWER regulations.

Our rack inspection training courses are presented by fully qualified SEMA approved rack inspectors and courses can be tailored to your specific application. Our rack inspection courses are suitable for all levels of ability but some experience is useful.

Pallet Racking Inspection

Pallet racking inspections must be carried out at least once a year by a technically competent person. They are required as soon as possible following installation or following any significant changes to layout or handling equipment and then at least annually

Pallet Racking Safety Inspections

Pallet racking safety inspections are conducted by SEMA approved inspectors (SARI's). We are a totally independent company providing Rack Inspections and onsite Rack Awareness Training by SEMA approved inspectors. We do not install or sell equipment so our pallet racking safety inspections are totally impartial.

Safety Inspection Report

Our safety inspection report for your rack inspectionnormally includes the following sections:

  • damage report recording damage by location
  • damage colour coded according to the SEMA criteria
  • identifies urgent issues
  • recommends remedial action

Our safety inspection report also includes 'Red Risk Notices' for any major problems as well as an in-depth report on installation and specific issues highlighted in the damage report. The safety inspection report also has comprehensive appendices giving you best practice guidelines, advice on warehousing issues and reference material and technical data.
