Express Transformers and Controls Limited manufacture a range of single phase transformers. These are split into two broad varieties, standard panel transformers, details of which can be found here and custom built transformers.

The majority of what we do is design and manufacture single phase transformers to suit any purpose you may have. Some examples of the work we have done for various company's can be found here.
 

We can manufacture 3 Phase Transformers up to 150kVA, these can be double-wound or auto-wound. In addition we will undertake to fit these into cases where required as well as wiring up the transformers to conduit assemblies for customer use.

Express Transformers manufactures a range of wire wound ceramic-coated power resistors ranging from 130 watts to 750 watts in a standard range.

In addition to these standard ranges we can custom wind resistors up to 1000 watts.

We have over 25 years experience in the design and manufacture of High Voltage transformers for the scientific instrument industry. We can undertake the design and manufacture of transformers developing up to 60kVac or working at 100kVdc.,
