To this end the company has the latest technology machines with full 3 / 4 axis capability which can accommodate workpieces up to 1000mm x 510mm and linked to off-line CAD CAM control, ensure production of accurately and efficiently engineered parts.

Bandsawing/Vertical & Horizontal, Assembly Jigs/Fixtures etc.

Customers can supply CAD information in the following formats:-
Keycreator, Catia, ACIS, SAT, STEP, Solidworks, Pro\Engineer, Unigraphics, Parasolid X_T, STL, IGES, DXF, and DWG.

Alternatively if only a drawing is available, most forms of graphical image can be read. Eg. :- PDF, JPEG, BMP etc.

Specialists in sub-contract machining utilising the CAD/CAM linked CNC machining centres, CNC lathes, CNC jig boring and CNC milling.

To compliment above is conventional machining, consisting of internal/external and surface grinding, horizontal boring and vertical milling with the general capacity of 1 mtr sqx500mm.

With our highly skilled and dedicated workforce we manufacture prototypes and medium quantity precision components in a range of standard and difficult to machine materials.

Typical materials machined include Mild Steels, Alloy Steels, Tool Steels, Titanium, Inconels, Stainless Steels, Duplex Steels, Cast Irons through to Aluminium, Brass, Copper, PB, etc.

Complimentary services offered are CAD design, 3D and 2D designs.
Typical projects are mechanical equipment, test rigs, checking gauges, jigs and fixtures for automotive/aerospace/machine tool industries.
