Palletising systems include robotic palletising systems and are supplied by both Newtec Group and Costi srl. The range includes Fanuc, ABB, Kuka or Euro type robots fully integrated into a complete line if required.

Also we have in the range 'Gantry Robots' with multi axis as required to handle many lines. Costi specialise in a moving robot, namely the MP 35 system which can have up to 8 inputs/building positions with bar code scanning and sortation systems. We have many references in Europe and UK with single robot cells or multiple robot cells, all of which can be viewed if required.

We are specialists in 'Stretch Wrapping Machinery' including for rotating turntable, rotating arm and ring machines, with many variants. We can offer film roping, auto film changing, pallet lifters etc. The 'Principle Supplier' we work with, is The Tosa Group incorporating CMR a manufacturer of strapping machines, both of which are well established companies with many references worldwide. Our machinery is very reliable and robust and can be seen in many UK companies.

PHS offers a complete range of spiral stretch wrapping machines, including rotating turntable, rotating arm and high speed ring machines. All machines can have auto film changing if required and corner post applicators. Machines vary in specification and price according to the customers requirements.

Pallet Shrink Wrapping Machines are supplied by Thimon, France. They are the pioneers of pallet shrink wrapping systems supplying shrink ovens, shrink frames, Shrink hooding machines and integrated pallet handling systems. Thimon is a world wide player in this industry supplying machines to many large 'Blue Chip' customers, in the glass industry, paper, buidling, chemical, food & beverage industries for example. There are many UK references for Thimon that can be seen if required. Thimon has a state of the art factory in Aix-les-Bains, France which is very impressive for potential customers to visit and make sample tests if required to determine the correct solution. We have a system to test the integrity of the finished load in our factory to give the reassurance to our customers that they have made the right selection..

Pallet Stretch Hooding Machines are manufactured by Thimon with the Cover-Pal 6000 being the flagship machines. We have a number of 'Patents' on the machine which can be explained to our customers. The beauty of the Thimon machine is that we make a new hood whilst one is being applied to the previous load, this means the new hood seal is perfectly sealed and cooled before stretching it. Hoods are prepared at low level, we no longer have the 'Tower Machine' that you see with others on the market with the running gear at high level. Our machine is very easy to access and very safe as you do not have many vertical steps to climb from a H&S perspective. We can use a range of film gauges to suit the load to be wrapped and we work with repuatbel film suppliers in the UK and France to optimise the machine performance. Typically Thimon sell machines in the following industries, food, beverage, building, chemical, paper for example. We can offer single reel machines or multi reel with up to 5 bobins if required according to the customers pallet range. Thimon have machines in their workshop for testing customer product if required. We have UK installations that can be viewed if required.

Case Packing Machines

PHS has a number of UK partners who we work with to provide ‘Turnkey’ solutions if required. We are able to integrate other types of machinery such as labelling systems, check weighing systems and metal detectors for example. 

Case Packers are generally supplied by Avercon, Belgium who are able to provide solutions for 'SRP', tray packing or pick and place / wraparound type machines. They specialise in designing bespoke systems if required according to the needs of the customer. Avercon has many years of experience in supplying such machines to a wide variety of industries. The machines are easy to change over with user friendly HMI's and access into the machines is paramount. If required stainless steel can be supplied at extra cost.

Pallet Strapping Machines

Strapping Systems are supplied by the Tosa Group company 'CMR' they specialise in vertical and horizontal strapping machines using polypropelene or polyethelene materials. We have both hot welding and friction welding systems to offer. For the paper & board industry we have a machine namely the CAM 45 T2 machine which compresses the loads prior to strapping to exhaust the air to ensure the result is a very stable/rigid pack. Top pressing force is adjusted via the HMI and there is a gauge to show the pressing force. Machines come complete with pop up turning cross conveyors, 2 bayonets and can provide single, double or 2 x 2 strapping as required. Again CMR have a large range of machines to offer, whether it be for packs or pallets. All machines and the heads are made by CMR and are extremely robust and reliable.

Bag Palletising machines are manufactured by Newtec Group in Mulhouse, France. We have a large range of machines to offer from 300 bph up to and beyond 2,000 bph if required, typical industries supplied are Chemical, Building and Agrocultural. Newtec cater for all budgets and the range is flexible to provide a solution for most budgets and speeds. Machines can be simple pich and place such as the G300 or G500 system with low level infeed up to the high level infeed machines with multiple inputs if required. Electronic sack spacing with encoder and modular belts are standard on all Newtec palletisers, which means we can control both pack spacing and avoid pack damage etc. Should bag placing and filling be required, then Newtec can provide the complete solution to your needs.

We also have a large range of layer palletising systems with high or low level infeeds. We provide robotic row and layer preparation systems as required to provide very flexible solutions to cater for ever changing pack formats. We use the latest servo/encoder/modular belt infeed systems to handle the packs whilst not creating any back pressure to the product or damage. Pallet patterns can be adjusted via the operator terminal as required and the standard HMI has a multitude of functions available to both operator and technican. All machines are easy to access and maintain and can be viewed again in many UK or other European countries.

Display palletising systems are supplied mainly by The Newtec Group, usually using articulated robots to place the packs/bottles for example into MU (Merchandising Units), or onto dollies/half Euro or full size pallets. Newtec have a lot of experience supplying 'Point of Display' systems and have done so for many years. We have many references in Europe that can be seen if required.

Collation Shrink Packing Machines for packs are supplied by Condi-Film, France, they only manufacture in stainless steel. They have many references for example in the 'Dairy' industry for milk, cheese and yoghurt etc. Condi-Film machines are very high quality and are very reliable using the most up to date components available. Machines are easy to clean and maintain. Should handles be required for packs, then they can supply these also as part of the complete solution. Condi supply combined machines with the capability of shrink only, shrink and base card, shrink and film or just tray packing without film. Condi can reach very high speeds if required and again have a large range to suit most applications, mainly medium to high speed outputs.
