PIAB manufactures a complete range of equipment for vacuum automation encompassing vacuum pumps, suction cups and vacuum conveyors.
The air driven vacuum pumps are based on economical multi-stage or COAX® technology for minimum energy consumption. Especially suitable for applications in packaging machinery, they can be cycled by regulating the energy supply at the same speed as the packaging machine thus lowering energy costs compared to rival mechanical vacuum pumps. The pumps are guarantied for 5 years.
The PIAB range of Vacuum Conveyors for transporting powders and granules are often used as loaders for packaging and processing machinery. As well as mild steel industrial conveyors, stainless steel conveyors in 316L are also available for GMP Food processes and use in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
