The Flanged Pinch Valve comes in sizes 40mm - 250mm. Body materials are available in aluminium or stainless steel. The aluminium Flanged Pinch Valve is available with mild steel or stainless steel contact parts. The Flanged Pinch Valve is also available as a food quality version which is FDA approved. The VMP Type Socket Pinch Valve comes in sizes 10mm - 50mm. Body material is POM (polyoxymethalene), complete with POM sockets. The VMP compact Screwed Socket Pinch Valve is the newer version of our VM Type, being much more compact, lighter and easier to install. The VMP Pinch Valve is also available as a white food quality version which is FDA approved. ATEX conformity available. 

Aerator pads, also known as vibrator cones, flow pads, and aerators, are used to help the flow of discharging bulk products from silos, hoppers, chutes, bins and road tankers. The cone shaped rubber aerator pads are screwed into the bottom of a discharge vessel, and when air is applied, the aerators vibrate to assist the flow of any trapped product. Food Quality Aeration Pads are also available. The aim for aerator pads is to generate free flowing hoppers and silos, and to prevent any blockages or obstructions. A small part makes a large difference!

The AKO Pressure Relief Valve is fitted onto a bypass line of a pump. The Pressure Relief Valve is then charged with air and set closed at the pressure it is required to relieve at. If the associated pump becomes clogged or blocked, causing the line pressure to exceed the pressure at which the valve is set closed at, it will open allowing the product to bypass the pump and equalise the pressure until the blockage is cleared. The Pressure Relief Valve will then reset itself in its 'closed' position to the original set pressure. Flanged versions are available at 40mm - 200mm, and internally screwed socket versions are available at 10mm - 50mm, with or without a pressure switch.

Hand operated Pinch Valves are the complete valve solution for isolating and regulating abrasive, corrosive and fibrous products such as granulates, powder, pellets, dust, slurries and suspensions. Hand operated Pinch Valves are available in sizes 15 - 250mm nominal bore. Flanged, with body material available in aluminium only.
 

Our normally closed Pinch Valves are pneumatically actuated with either a single or double spring return actuator. Normally closed Pinch Valves are the complete valve solution for isolating and regulating abrasive, corrosive and fibrous products such as granulates, powder, pellets, dust, slurries and suspensions. Normally closed Pinch Valves are available in sizes 15 - 200mm nominal bore. Flanged, with body material available in aluminium only.

Depending on your application we can advise you on the best suited sleeve to ensure your application works to its full potential. Because of the clear and true bore of the Pinch Valve, Re-sleeving can be done in a few simple steps. We can supply fitting instuctions to help with this simple process. Sleeve materials include natural rubber, food quality natural rubber, silicon, nitrile, EPDM, neoprene, viton, butyle and hypalon.

Fitted with an Elomatic ES40 Pneumatic, Rack and Pinion design, Spring Return Actuator, sized based upon
an air supply of 5.5 Barg. Constructed with a Polyurethane coated Aluminium Body, Aluminium Pistons,
Nitrile O-Ring Seals and Acetal Bearings and Guides. Actuator to Spring Close in the event of mains air Failure. Assembled & Tested. Other Butterfly Valves available on request.
