Custom moulding
A full custom-moulding service is available for exclusive designs. Virtually everything is conducted in-house, on site - from concept design, through toolmaking, production, artwork and decoration.
Decoration
m&hplastics offers one of Europe's most complete in-house decorating facilities encompassing silk screen printing, hot foil blocking, tampo printing, shrink sleeving and labelling.
Colour matching
Accurate colour control is critical to many projects especially when using different types of material for the same product range. M&H offers full assistance in matching colours to your exact requirement and we can match to a Pantone reference or even a physical objective.
Environmentally-responsive
M & H Plastics has a wide range of environmentally-responsive products including PCR (post consumer regrind), PIR (post industrial regrind), biodegradable and PLA (corn starch). The company is committed to minimising energy use throughout all its activities, for example investing in low-energy technology for manufacturing systems and recycling waste material wherever possible.
Antimicrobial products
A range of Antimicrobial products is available which are clinically proven to help stop the spread of infection. Antimicrobial products are available in SAN, PP, PET and HDPE and are ideal for any product that demands a bacteria-safe environment. This includes sanitisers, bath and shower products, skincare and baby care products.
