A variety of plastics, including PVC, polyethylene and polypropylene are fabricated through the process of hot gas plastic welding. The basic plastic sheet welding process is simple. Quality welding of rigid plastics is a skill developed over many years of experience. Our team are highly experienced in all the above materials, and we have CSWIP certification for the hot gas welding process.

Plastic line bending is carried out using a variety of skilled techniques. Line bending and heat bending are efficient processes for creating one or more tight radius bends in most formable sheet plastics.
