Compactors

Portable Compactors

Portable Compactors require less space, can be relocated easily and have no special site requirements. The integral Compactor means no spillage as the rear door seals retain the liquid and the Durapac machines are fully leak proof. Portable liquid Compactors keep sites free of leaks and transportation to the disposal point can be carried out safely and cleanly enabling a reduction in payloads and landfill tax liability.

Static Compactors

Static Compactors generally have a higher compaction performance, a greater range of loading options and handle a larger volume of waste. A Static Compactor does not travel to the landfill site as it is bolted to its base but the container is exchanged instead which reduces costs and ensures that the Compactor machine gives constant use.

Balers

Vertical Balers

Our Durapac Vertical Balers come in a range of sizes from small (mini) Balers generating bales of 25-100 kg to mill size balers generating bales of 330-600 kg. With a small footprint they require little floor space and are quick and easy to load and operate.

Horizontal Balers

For sites that generate medium to high volumes of materials for recycling, semi or automatic Horizontal Balers offer highly labour efficient solutions. They can be continuously fed by hand, machine or conveyor and will generate bales weighing up to 800 kg (dependent on materials).

The new Durapac CB-44, CB-58 and CB-65 semi-automatic horizontal closed end balers are designed to bale cardboard, paper, polythene film, plastic bottles, steel and aluminium cans, expanded foams and other compactable materials. Specified to suit your needs, loading can be by hand, conveyor, bin lift, forklift, chute or special application.

We back our machinery up with 24 hour service from a nationwide network of factory-trained engineers.

We also offer a nationwide service to purchase and collect materials for recycling. By presenting materials in viable loads for recycling, you will prevent re-usable materials going to landfill.
