We are the UK’s foremost paint spraying and powder coating sub-contractor. We coat components for a wide range of blue chip customers serving the Automotive, electronics, point of sale, commercial vehicle and general industrial sectors and can offer a variety of finishes that can be sprayed onto a wide range of substrates. Paint Spraying, Stove Enamelling & Plastic Painting:

We paint the majority of parts in our bespoke clean rooms allowing us to spray parts to a very high aesthetic standard very competitively. We paint onto metal parts / plastics / MDF / wood and carbon fibre and can spray any type of finish for example high gloss / metallics / satin chromes / pearlescents / flip colours / ‘piano black’ / soft feel / base & clear-coat systems / normal decorative / anti-graffiti and heat resistant finishes. We work to a range of automotive and other specifications. We spray parts in virtually any colour or finish and are often asked to source new coating products with specific properties required for specific purposes.

 

Industrial & Automotive Powder Coating:

We powder coat a range of parts ensuring they meet the relevant test requirements and customer specifications. We provide a very high quality finish onto zinc, steel, aluminium, magnesium, stainless steel, brass and iron components and pride ourselves on the service and attention given to our customers. We specialise in coating die-castings, pressings, tubular parts and assemblies and are well used to dealing with the particular challenges associated with each type of product.

 

Printing & Linishing:

We also perform screen printing, pad printing, linishing (including magnesium), polishing, masking and some assembly all on the same site in Birmingham. We also have comprehensive in-house pre-treatment and jig manufacturing facilities.

Flexible Service:

We are used to dealing with volumes of products from 5 million parts per year down to one or two parts per day for luxury automotive projects. We have a large number of coating lines, booths and spraying rooms meaning we can offer a very flexible service and react to last minute fluctuations in scheduling and priorities. We are ISO 9001:2000 accredited.
