Tungsten Grinders
Diamond Ground Products produce a wide range of tungsten grinders, tungsten sharpeners in a variety of styles and prices. Our product range starts with the Piranha II Tungsten Grinder, an easy to use and economical tungsten grinder, and culminates in the DGP range of tungsten grinders aimed at people looking for a 'no compromise' tungsten electrode grinding system.
Note that we offer a DC braking system option across our full range of tungsten grinders. Welding electrode grinding wheels and cutting disks spin at speeds up to 6,000rpm and can take up to 30 seconds to come to rest after the grinder is turned off. Our innovative DC braking system cuts the time to come to a halt to just 1 or 2 seconds - exceeding recommended safety limits and offering higher levels of protection against accidents. This helps when applying the PUWER regulations in your business. This option is available across our full Tungsten grinder range or it can even be retrofitted to most existing DGP tungsten grinders: contact us for details.
Pre-ground Welding Electrodes
Diamond Ground Products produce a wide range of tungsten electrodes in a variety of styles and prices. Our product range includes plasma welding electrodes, tungsten resistance electrodes, orbital tungsten electrodes and stinger TIG electrodes. We also offer a speciality tungsten electrode service to create welding electrodes to meet your individual requirements and a reground tungsten electrode service to regrind your spent welding electrodes at a considerable cost saving.
