This unique combination of manufacturing technologies enables PRECISION MICRO to work with a broad selection of materials including ferrous and non-ferrous metals, alloys and other "difficult to machine" materials, in 10 µ to several centimetres thickness and to tolerances measured in microns.
PRECISION MICRO manufactures precision components to customers own design and performance requirements using its unique combination of process technologies to provide an economic, low risk, fast, flexible manufacturing route. The initial use of low cost digital and modular tooling reduces customers cost exposure, while providing the fastest "time to market". Design optimisation and modifications can be carried out quickly and at minimal cost. The availability of ultra high volume etching facilities ensures that PRECISION MICRO is able to meet all volume production requirements in a timely and economic manner.
