Batchelor Polyurethanes manufacture and supply polyurethane rollers and polyurethane wheels in a wide range of colours and hardness which can replace rubber and plastics.

We can strip existing worn or damaged tyres and recover with polyurethane at our Birmingham manufacturing company.  We are also able to offer a breakdown service when items are time critical.

Polyurethane has many applications in all industries as it is abrasion resistant, extremely hard wearing, non marking and can be used almost anywhere.

As well as rollers and wheels we also coat:

as well as lining of items such as rotor housings.

Our engineering department enables us to manufacture metals centres, shafts etc.

We also produce anti-static grades of polyurethane for special applications.

Rods and tubes are usually 300mm long and in a range of sizes from 6mm diameter upwards with a wide selection of bore sizes.

Hardness range from 30A to 75D

Wide range of colours.

Tubes and rods can be cut to length, chamfered or machined if required
Standard polyurethane blocks 300mm square and 600mm square are available in a wide range of thicknesses, hardness and colours which can be cut, drilled etc to your requirements.

Standard polyurethane sheets 3000mm long and up to 1000mm wide are also available in a range of thicknesses, hardness and colours which can be cut, drilled etc to your requirements
