Manufactured from a variety of materials, including coloured co-extruded films, Bayard's custom polythene mailers can be printed up to 8 colours, including process work and produced to virtually any size or thickness.

Just insert the bubble bag into the mailing bag and then put your item inside and seal the self-seal closure of the outer mailing bag and Hey presto! ...a padded polythene mailing bag.

Our Bubble Bags are available in C4 and C5 size.

They are high in strength, whilst still offering a low posting weight and are also weather-proof, burst and puncture resistant.

Bayard Packaging's white plastic mailing bags/envelopes incorporate a permanent self-seal closure and are co-extruded multi-layer low-density polythene, making them totally opaque. They are high in strength, whilst still offering a low posting weight and are also weather-proof, burst and puncture resistant.

They are available from stock in Lightweight (38 micron) in 2 sizes and Extra Strong (70 micron) in 8 sizes. The Extra Strong is also available in 4 sizes with a write on panel, which will accept franking ink, pen and stamps.

Bayard Packaging's clear self-seal polythene envelopes and bags have a permanent self-seal closure and are made from an clear mono-layer low-density polythene. Ideal for brochures, price lists and catalogues. They are high performance with excellent clarity and are weather-proof, burst and puncture resistant.

They are available from stock  in Lightweight (38 micron) in 5 sizes, Medium duty (50 micron) in 1 size and Extra Strong (70 micron) in 2 sizes. The Lightweight are also available with a write on panel in 2 sizes.

Bayard Packaging's Clear Grip Seal polythene bags with a push to seal closure, are strong and resealable over and over again.

Our standard Clear Grip Seal bags (50 micron) come in 19 sizes, and are also available with write on panels in 18 different sizes.

An Extra Strong Clear Grip Seal bag (88 micron) is available in 7 sizes.

Mail Lite protective postal bags have a white Kraft paper cover and are lined with Aircap bubble material, with a special air retention barrier to seal every bubble against air loss for high performance cushioning. 

Each envelope has a unique tear strip for quick and easy opening by the recipient.

Bayard Packaging supplies highly tamper evident security bags that are used by financial institutions and retailers for the depositing and transporting of cash, cheques and other valuable goods. Tamper evident bags can create a secure environment for cash, products or documents, can be manufactured in an array of custom sizes and can be printed in up to 6 colours.

The bags will show clear evidence of tampering or intrusion, including tampering by peeling, liquids and extremes of temperature. They also have security print for the protection of the side welds, barcoding and sequencial numbering, and tear off receipts.
