At Flowsource, we specialise in stainless steel process pipeline components and offer one of the most extensive ranges in the UK. We have the flexibility to source or manufacture any pipeline component to suit your requirements.

We are specialists in stainless steel hygienic tube fittings and offer a size range from 1/2" to 12" with clamps and ferrules available to BS4825 Pt. 3, ISO, SMS and DIN standards.

Threaded and N.B butt weld type ferrules are available manufactured from 316 stainless steel as standard and clamps are also available in 304 stainless steel.

For compression fittings, we can offer many types manufactured from fully documented barstock and forged material. Special items can be manufactured to order in addition to modification to suit thermo-couples and glass-tube. Our compression fittings exhibit many other features including maximum operating temperatures + 350 °C.

Our flexible hose fittings conform to BS 5200, SAE J514, NCB.174, DIN, etc regulations and are manufactured from fully documented barstock and forged material. We also offer a full hose make-up and swaging facility for our flexible hose fittings.

Dimensions of our screwed fittings conform to BS 1740 and are 150lb class rated unless otherwise stated.

We host an extensive stock of screwed fittings enabling immediate delivery of many components.

Our weld fittings and pipe conform to ANSI B16.9/B16.25 & SP43 and 316,304 and 321 stainless steel materials are available. We recommend our weld fittings should be used with ASTM A312 type pipe.

Our BS 1560 (ANSI B16.5) flanges are manufactured from fully documented barstock and forged material and special flanges can be manufactured to order. We offer slip-on, socket weld, blind, threaded, weld neck and lapped type flanges.

We have a comprehensive range of thermoplastic fittings in PVC and ABS types in sizes ranging from 3/8" NB to 4" NB. Both types of thermoplastic fittings demonstrate different but equally beneficial features to their applications and our extensive stock enables immediate delivery of components in both ranges.
