We supply full prototyping, ECN implementation, PCB and Cable Design, Assembly and Repair, Box-build, kitting, configuration, test and packing, Warranty Repair and RMA Management and a wide range of Electronics services devoted to Inventory Reduction programs in order to satisfy WEEE recycling and ROHS regulations.

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is a European law designed to encourage and regulate the collection, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste electrical and electronic equipment, for which it sets targets. The Directive aims to improve our environment, reduce risks to human health through the proper treatment of discarded goods.

The EU WEEE Directive became a UK Regulation on the 2nd January 2007, under Statutory Instrument 2006, number 3289.

Our Electronics Repair expertise ties in perfectly with our WEEE Recycling projects as the preference would be to carry out Electronics Repair to hardware as opposed to waste disposal.

Around 2 million tonnes of Electrical and Electronic waste is generated in the UK  from domestic and industrial environments, cadmium, mercury and lead are among the materials that are considered as environmentally harsh. With the exception of Defence hardware and some Medical Device hardware, all Electrical and Electronics goods are affected by the WEEE Directive, from Printed Circuit Boards and Cable Assemblies, consumer items such as Hi-Fi, MP3 Players, TV, Monitors and white goods such as Refrigerators and Washing Machines.
