As part of our orbital welding services, we can use a range of weldheads capable of welding from 4mm to 150mm in diameter and up to 3mm wall thickness.

To better serve the scientific research, engineering, pharmaceutical through to food and beverage industies, our manual TIG welding services is designed to meet the needs of a variety of customers. Our highly skilled TIG welders work with materials ranging from 0.5mm to 25.0mm in thickness.

To complete high-quality manifold fabrications, we working from drawings supplied by the customer. We also our own designs. We use our orbital welding system to fabricate hygienic process manifolds. We can also utilise manual welding techniques for high pressure schedule pipework systems.
