We supply a large range of steel shims in rolls, packs, sheets, and assorted packs. Our steel shims are supplied in a variety of sizes and are also available in carbon steel and brass. Shim thicknesses include 0.003mm up to 5.00mm. They are available and produced to the stringent T3 international thickness standard. Our standard shim widths range from 6mm to 1000mm. Special widths are produced to meet customer’s requirements are provided.

Our Aris actuators are produced in a robust design and are manufactured to an extremely high quality. Designed for industrial application, their structure means they can operate in the most inhospitable of environments; even explosion proof encasements are available. Numerous options are available such as additional switches, potentiometers, position indicators and microprocessor controllers.

The Aris actuators we supply include:

We stock the OMEGA range of feed fingers. We cater for any size and shape of bar. The OMEGA feed fingers are drilled by the customer to suit the bar size they are to handle, the polymer insert means that they are non-marking and reduce the problem of ‘short feeding’. Round, hexagonal and square bars can all be used with these innovation feed fingers.

We have been supplying the OMEGA range of feed fingers to hundreds of companies for the last 20 years. They are available for Gridley, Wickman, Index, BSA and many other automatic lathes and bar feeders

We are the sole UK agent for POLIANGOLAR, Italy’s leading manufacturer of broaching attachments. Seven different sizes of broaching attachment are available for internal broaching, and two attachments are available for external broaching. Internal attachments can cater for a hexagonal form up to 50mm A/F and the external heads up to 22mm A/F. Tooling is supplied to broach a wide variety of different profiles such as square, double square, octagonal, and torx, as well as special profiles to meet customer’s specification.

Our POLIANGOLAR broaching attachments can be used on a wide range of machines, including conventional drilling machines and automatic CNC latches.

We laser cut shims to individual customer specifications. Shim washers are cut to meet customer’s requirements in carbon steel, stainless steel and brass.

Customer’s can fax or email their laser cut shims drawings for a quotation.

Here at Repco Technology we supply vice jaws with positioning pins for the rapid and precise clamping of a large variety of workpieces. Our hardened steel vice jaws offer highly repeatable positioning accuracy for a range of different vices and provide optimum protection against coolant and swarf. By pushing a single button on the side of each device, all the pins will be returned to their protruded position to eliminate the time consuming task of fitting special jaw inserts.

These shim materials are ideal for most applications.

We are the sole UK distributor for the unique Poliangolar Polikey keyway cutting system. Tooling is available to cut internal keyways from 3mm in width up to 14mm and depths of up to 140mm.

The Polikey keyway cutting system can be used on a variety of machine tools, from simple pillar drills to lathes and milling machines. It is very much a manual system ideally suited to small and medium size batches.

We are a leading supplier in precision shim steel and brass. We can supply shim material in thicknesses from 0.003mm up to 5.00mm in rolls and sheets.

Shim widths are typically between 6mm and 1 metre. We can produce special shims widths to customer specification if required.
