Richco offers a range of spacers and standoffs for printed circuit board hardware (PCB’s), which aid the support, spacing, locking and guiding of the board within electronic applications. The majority of the spacers and standoffs are designed to be installed manually by hand and do not require automated assembly equipment. Our circuit board hardware is available in a wide array of materials. Richco’s spacers and standoffs are used at automotive (e.g. GPS, CD and radio equipment), white goods (e.g. washing machines, microwaves, ovens), security systems (e.g. alarm and scanning equipment), office equipment (e.g. Computers, photocopiers), telecom (e.g. transponder, receiver). Richco provides the largest selection of PCB hardware products in the electronic industry. Richco’s grommet range is available in a variety of materials including plastic, rubber and metal. The bushings are designed to easily snap into pre-drilled holes. Richco’s range of LED hardware components are designed to protect and support LEDs and also aid in the transmission of light to front panel indicators.

Richco’s LED Spacers fit most standard LEDs and can raise the LED to the desired position on the PCB, minimizing shifting, uniformity and aiding ease of installation especially for surface mount applications.

Holding the LED at the desired angle position on the front panel is another application area for which Richco has LED hardware solutions. Richco has a range of angled and front panel LED holders, which ensure that the LED is held securely in position.

Directing light from the PCB to the front panel from awkward PCB mounting positions can be solved with Richco’s range of solid light pipes, which are ideal for use with surface mount LEDs.
