Heald Limited are at the forefront of Road blocker design. Incorporating over 20 years experience we design, manufacture, supply and install Anti terrorist Roadblockers, high security barriers, traffic bollards and traffic control equipment.

We were the first company to attain a Secured by Design licence for a Road blocker and currently hold the licence for all our PAS 68 and DOS K rated Road blockers.

Following the recent crash tests on our HCR4M1200RB in line with the British Standard PAS68, Heald are pleased to announce a worldwide first!

Tested at MIRA on Friday 20th March 2009 the Roadblocker was impacted with a 30 tonne truck travelling at 50mph, withstood the impact with zero penetration and operated afterwards. This is the third test that this particular Roadblocker has successfully undertaken and to the highest PAS68 specification currently available- V: Roadblocker: 30000:80

This is the only Roadblocker of its kind in the world that has passed both PAS 68 (30 tonnes/50MPH) and holds the Department of State K12 certification.

Many barrier companies claim to have tested at the new PAS 68 standard, but how many have tested to the highest level (50 mph/ 80 kph)?

Repeated testing has proven the M800CR4 and HCR4M1200RB (30) will withstand numerous attack situations.
