The Gordon Ellis & Co Rotational Moulding division is equipped with the latest Rotation Moulding equipment, which is operated by skilled engineers with years of experience, an eye for detail and a reputation for reliability.

Our Capabilities:

• Nine rotation moulding machines
• A far higher capacity than most companies 
• Versatility to do anything from 30cm3 to 2m3
• All rotation moulding machines have quick release mechanisms, enabling quick changes between jobs 
• Lead times on many jobs are consequently shorter

Flexible processes means we will accommodate any customer requirement. We can enter customers' CAD data into our system, or call upon our engineering experience and design skills to help manufacture your component. We work right through to the finished assembled product and this includes hand finishing, routering and trimming.
