JSC Rotational Ltd provides quality rotational moulding and assembly services.

We specialise in:

We are able to mould components up to 3.1m in length and 2m wide. Our machines offer ultimate flexibility allowing both even wall or variable wall moulding.

Materials currently processed include:

• LDPE
• MDPE
• HDPE
• Cross-linked PE

We use compound materials and dry blend materials on site. Many of our customers are also now requesting moulding in recycled materials.

Inserts and additional strengthening aids can be moulded into the component allowing sub-assemblies to be fitted post moulding.

All of our suppliers are experts in their own field. By working closely with tookmakers, material suppliers and other ancillary suppliers our customers get the best service possible and the highest quality rotational mouldings.
