We have designed products using moulded foam for horticulture. We have manufactured HotBin compost bin. This innovative product demonstrates some excellent moulding abilities including:

• Recesses to house additional components
• Pop locks moulded in the lid and access door
• A working hinge

Our first HVAC customer is now one of our biggest customers, and we currently mould over 45 components. These HVAC products include:

• Vac-form skins
• Injection moulded plastic parts
• Numerous metal parts on both sides of the moulding

As part of the HVAC service, we also added self-adhesive seals and foam pads.
