Woven Labels
We have investments in Taffetta and Satin Weaving Looms in this department. Having our own Looms linked to our CAD systems gives us the ability to be flexible with our production schedules and allows us to deliver the shortest production leadtimes. We will weave the highest quality labels that can push your brand further. A woven label is always an outstanding option because it will maintain its appearance for the life of the garment.
These labels convey quality in a garment and can be weaved in any size, finish, shape or colour including metallics and Lurex. We can also die-cut shapes around the edges or even inside the label perimeter and can emboss or even deboss your labels.
Garment Labels
Woven and rubber badges can give an exclusive image to your product and are an excellent way of making your garment stand out. They can be embossed and offer a variety of surfaces and textures. Our badges have proven to be an effective promotional and marketing tool for companies, associations and other groups.
We can provide a variety of shapes for rubber badges, while our woven badges can be any shape and can be laser-cut anywhere within the design. Woven badges can be overlocked on the edges or can have felt or iron-on adhesive backing.

Heat Transfers
We also manufacture heatseal transfer prints and supply high street stores around the world with top quality garment decoration.
We can produce full colour litho and single colour screen prints, in addition to a range of glitter and glow in the dark prints. Heatseal transfers are badges that are applied to the garment by a machine which applies heat and pressure until the transfer fuses with the fabric.

Diamantes & Rhinestone Transfers
We also design and supply diamantes, rhinestone and stud transfers. Choose from stock items or create your own designs as rhinestone or stud transfers.
They are an instant decoration on clothing and fabric and are very easy to transfer on.
Lanyards
We can manufacture a variety of lanyards. They are the perfect product for promotional and security purposes, exhibitions, conferences and giveaways.
