sera offers an extensive choice of diaphragm dosing pumps which can be used for many applications with a wide range of pumphead materials available. For applications where simplicity and reliability are all important.

They are designed for industrial use and guarantee highest operational reliability.
Single and multi-headed pumps can be supplied to match your process requirements.
Multi-Layer Diaphragm (ML) versions are available with diaphragm rupture monitoring - greater safety and reduced maintenance costs compared to the double-diaphragm design. A wide range of Piston diaphragm pumps for high pressure applications can also be offered.

CVD and CTD – sera has set new standards in dosing system technology

sera Suction lance

are used for tapping the chemicals out of the drum.
The integrated foot valve prevents the back flow of the inducted medium. The types SL-02, S-03 and S-04 have an additional level switch (for signal "empty").

We are also able to offer stainless steel suction lances with or without level switch.
