For the enforced fitting of pierce nuts and studs or the riveting of such elements we bring the technologies and the know-how of the element provider together with our experience in joining equipment and joining processes.

Joining technology for solid punch rivet, tools, devices for rivet feeding and rivet setting – all at one stop. The Solid Punch Rivetting offers an additional mechanic sheet metal joining which is of great importance for lightweight constructions and/or the joining of hybrid parts and subassemblies.

TOX Tongs and Presses are perfectly suited for punching and piercing jobs, their performance has been proven in many volume production applications. The program consists of hand-, machine- and robot-tongs, C-frames and almost all press executions.

Marking and stamping tasks are solved well with the TOX Powerkurver, the Powerpackage Marking Cylinder RP or by a standard Powerpackage, each furnished with a TOX Marking Tool. These are available in different sizes and executions, with manual and automatic setting.
