Silicone Tubing
Our comprehensive range of silicone tubing, with bore sizes from 0.2mm ID up to 200mm, can meet the demands of practically any application. Manufactured to fine tolerances the smallest silicone tubing manufactured by Silex is most commonly used as electrical sleeving, whilst midrange sizes are generally used to carry fluids and powders within the food processing and pharmaceutical industries.
Silicone Rubber Sheet
Demand for our solid silicone sheet continues to grow and is available in four standard colours: white, translucent, red oxide and black. Sizes range from 0.3mm thick to 12mm thick. Our standard stock is 1.2m wide and is available off the roll. Customers have the choice of taking these materials in rubber sheet, strip or cut gasket form.

This service extends to cover both small and high volume users requiring from 5kg to 1000kg, and ensures that pricing is highly competitive, with most compounds dispatched within two days from order.
Silicone Sponge
Where applications demand the physical properties and characteristics of silicone rubber, but in an alternative sponge form, Silex can deliver. An extensive range of silicone sponge sheeting, cord and strip is available immediately from stock.
Specific sections and various densities and colour are manufactured to order.
Silicone Cord
Silicone Cord is an eternally popular product; both solid and sponge silicone cords are held in stock in all standard and metric sizes, and are most commonly used in the manufacture of 'O' rings and seals. Silex remains the primary choice for these products because of its ability to deliver immediately, and to produce to very close tolerances.
The fabrication department is also well equipped to join cords into 'O' rings and seals in any number.
