Our cut to size polycarbonate service includes a complete range of structured multi-wall polycarbonate sheets, with thicknesses ranging from 4mm to 35mm, that are available in a range of colours and special coatings. Living Space Multi-wall Polycarbonate Sheeting is suitable for vertical, secondary and internal glazing applications such as for conservatories, canopies, carports, curved roof lights, industrial roof lights, greenhouses, covered walkways and swimming pool covers. The Homestyle Canopies & Carports range is made up of several distinct styles of versatile and professionally designed canopies, specifically for a variety of domestic applications including: patio canopies, verandas, car ports, caravan or cycle shelters and entrance shelters. Canopies allow your customers to extend the time they can spend enjoying their garden throughout the year, whilst providing protection from the harmful UV rays of the sun. In winter a Homestyle carport protects valuable assets such as your car, caravan or motorbike from the rain, snow, frost and hail; and on sunnier days it can help reduce heat build up. The Living Space range of glazing bars is a well established range of both self supported and rafter supported aluminium glazing bars. We supply our glazing bars in a range of lengths and in white or brown as standard, for delivery to trade customers across the UK. Living Space Glazing Bars are designed for the roofing professional to be versatile, adaptable, easy to fit, offering long life, low maintenance, and to accommodate all major sheet thicknesses. From our ever popular PVC capped Rafter Bar to our innovative Self Supporting Roof System and Low Pitch Roof System, Living Space has a product to suit most lean to roof applications. Living Space Glazing Bars can accommodate polycarbonate sheet thicknesses from 10mm right up to 35mm with a range of size and colour options to choose from. Our Self Supporting Roof System contains everything that you would need to complete your roofing project from the Wall Plate, Intermediate and End Bars (with PVCu Top Cap and Underclad) and a structural powdercoated aluminium Eaves Beam. The Self Supporting Roof System can free-span up to 4 metres and is suitable for use with 16mm and 25mm multi-wall polycarbonate roof sheets. Our Low Pitch Roof System can free-span up to 4.5 metres and is suitable for use with 32mm and 35mm polycarbonate roofing. A wide range of trims and accessories is available to finish off your roof to a professional standard.

The Newdawn Self Supporting Conservatory Roof System consists of a suite of aluminium extrusions clad in either aluminium or PVCu. Newdawn features the S150, S250 and Heavy Duty systems which provide a choice of spans and a wide variety of uses. The Newdawn Conservatory Roof products are listed in three categories:

•  S150 System Newdawn Products: for use on all standard domestic size roofs including ridged roofs, Victorians, Edwardians and combination shapes. It is also suitable for lean-to roofs.
• S250 System Newdawn Products: used for larger sized roofs and commercial applications it is suitable for ridged designs, Victorians, Edwardians and combination roofs as well as Lean to designs. 
• S300 and S500 Newdawn Products: ideal for use on larger roofs where wide unsupported spans are required.

All the Newdawn bar systems offer a full aluminium exterior capping system for a superior finish.  We also provide a range of aluminium Ogee guttering to complement your roof. Living Space (UK) Ltd offers a range of foam filled vinyl Post Protector Safety Pads which are the ideal, cost effective and impact resistant solution to covering exposed canopy posts that young people or vehicles could bump into. Post protectors are ideal for our School Canopy legs. They are also a practical health and safety measure within a sports environment such as for Basketball posts, Rugby posts, Football posts and Netball posts. Safety pads can also be custom made to cover corners and walls for inside gyms, classrooms and even car forecourts or showrooms. Our post protectors are easy to fit, simply velcroing on and off, so they can be removed easily for cleaning or if you are worried about vandalism overnight. The standard pad size is one metre in height, to fit posts between 65mm to 85mm square, but we can also supply crash pads to custom specifications e.g. double height, custom height, for round posts, or for different post widths. We can also provide post covers with a larger diameter to ensure that downpipes as well as posts are protected. British made for quality, our post protectors are:  

• Easy to fit - they simply velcro on and off 
• Produced from industrial strength vinyl
• Available in a range of standard heights and widths or
• Can be custom made to any height or width
• Available in a range of 17 different colours
