Our custom built facility in the UK is perfectly located for the careful production and rapid world wide delivery.

Our extensive plant portfolio includes 25 CNC turning centres for producing a massive range of CNC Machined Parts. We also have machining centres and lathes amongst other essential engineering machinery.

BNM owns and maintains UKAS calibrated thread gauges to ensure that all thread dimension are not only accurately machined but are tested in a series of practical assembly tests. 100% of our special fasteners are checked both at the machining stage and in again at final inspection by our trained inspection staff to ensure total compliance to both customer drawings and international recognised standards.

Our ISO 9001 quality manual encompasses the requirements of PED, NACE, Norsok, ASME Code II, ASME Code III & RCC-M. Our quality systems have been vetted and approved by two independent customers for the manufacture of safety class components for the international Nuclear Industry under the provision of their N stamp for use with Westinghouse and Areva designs.
 

For the nuclear power sector, BNM manufactures bolting from qualified materials under the provision of its Nuclear endorsed ISO 9001 Quality Plan.

BNM’s position in the nuclear supply chain is below that threshold requiring direct N-stamp approval. However two large & significant western European Tier 4 engineering companies have vetted BNM's quality systems according to both ASME III & RCC-M standards under the provisions of their respective N-stamp and have approved BNM as manufacturers of special and qualified fasteners for their nuclear engineering projects.

BNM also manufacture lid bolts / flask bolts for the handling of nuclear waste and decommissioning.
